AIEMA has so far excelled in imparting training in the following sectors commencing from the year 2015.
During the year 2015-16 AIEMA was entrusted to train 200 students in Automotive service Technician – 4 Wheeler mechanism. This Training Programme comprising 6 batches was inaugurated in April 2015 and extended up to April 2016.The trainees after successful completion of training were placed in reputed companies like Rane Madras Limited, Sri Balaji Motors, Lucas India, Royal Enfield, TATA Motors and Wheels India Limited.
Out of 200 Trainees 164 about 80% As part of our skill training programme, TAMIL NADU SKILL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION sanctioned another training programme to train 400 students in CNC Tuning and Milling. This programme was inaugurated in April 2016 and comprised of 16 batches. For the first time, the students who completed their training were assessed by a separate assessing body under (SCVT) deputed by the Department of Education and Training.
The assessment comprised of Theory Test, viva followed by practical test. The successful candidates were placed in companies around Ambattur. Out of 400 students nearly 360 students have obtained placement with salary ranging from Rs. 9000/- to Rs.12,000/-. The trained students will be issued with newly designed Government Of Tamil Nadu-Skill development Certificate, which can be registered in the Employment Exchange, for securing Government Jobs.

On successful completion of he CNC Turning and Milling project, TNSDC came forward to sanction yet another training programme–CNC OPERATOR MACHINING TECHNICIAN L3 for 600 students.
The First batch of training with 20 students commence on 25.05.2017. So far four batches of trainees-97 students have been assessed out of which 72 have got placed in well recognised companies.
